Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vd66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vd66 website at vd66.vip, including all services, games, betting markets, payment processing, bonuses, and promotional features offered therein. These Terms apply in their entirety to every registered and unregistered visitor to the Platform. When registering for a vd66 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. The following conditions apply to your registration and ongoing account use:

• You must register using your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. Fictitious names or borrowed mobile numbers are not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• vd66 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account restriction.
• vd66 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• You must notify vd66 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. vd66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.

vd66 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Accounts opened using false information are void and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vd66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vd66 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own service charges independent of vd66. It is your responsibility to review any applicable charges from your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

vd66 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on vd66:

• Bonuses are awarded to registered, verified account holders only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by individuals who have not completed the registration process.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• vd66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, vd66 will provide reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect the player's ability to meet the associated wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses that are not designed to stack constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• vd66 may void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics.

Responsible Gaming

vd66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, session duration, and betting amounts before commencing play. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost and without any administrative process.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a time-out period of up to 30 days or a longer self-exclusion period via the vd66 account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be accepted. It is not possible to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period has elapsed. vd66 will not send promotional communications to players during an active self-exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd66 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following behaviours will have their account immediately suspended and any balance potentially forfeited, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to vd66:

• Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional mechanic, including collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, have been self-excluded, or have been permanently excluded by vd66.

vd66 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records where required by applicable law or court order. Any funds suspected of being the proceeds of fraud or money laundering may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the vd66 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of vd66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vd66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if vd66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vd66 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods, technical failures, or force majeure events — including floods, cyclones, power outages, network failures, or government action — may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. vd66 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

Section 9

Privacy and Data Protection

vd66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at vd66.vip/privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and routine account use.

vd66 uses SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. vd66 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of vd66. vd66 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with vd66 support, you may seek independent legal advice in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
